Monday, we went for another hike, and this time everyone stayed out of the water.
We finally were able to stop and get a picture next to the park sign.

As we were starting on our hike a train went by.
The kids were so excited to be this close to a train.
Great views on this hike. It was about two miles, round trip.
The trail ended at this pond area where we saw a huge beaver dam.

The kids did great walking the whole thing. It was all downhill on the way there, so uphill the whole way back.
