Before leaving Tennessee, we squeezed in a little fun at Dollywood's Splash Country. None of us had ever been to Splash Country, so it was a great outing. With 16 different water slides, we had plenty of things to keep us busy. We figured it was a good way to spend another very hot and humid day.

Set adjacent to Dollywood, Splash Country is set in the mountains, so the scenery is beautiful. This is one of the wave pool areas, and you can see several water slides in the background.

We weren't sure how the little guy would do...he's a trooper, don't get me wrong. It was very hot, and he was missing a nap, BUT this little guy had an absolute blast! He did really well and enjoyed it very much.

Aunt Jennifer seemed to have a good time playing with the kids. Luke liked playing with her too.

Alex was able to go down some of the slides in the kiddie area.

Luke is very proud of his "swimming underwater" skills and likes to show us what he can do. He is doing really well from his swim lessons.

A great day was had by all. Thanks for going with us, Nana and Aunt Jennifer! The kids are still talking about their fun day.
