Luke turned six years old today and had a good birthday. We started the day with a trip to Krispy Kreme on our way to church. We picked up doughnuts for his Sunday School class, and then we were off to church, where his class and Children's Church sang "Happy Birthday" to him. After church, he picked Mellow Mushroom for lunch, and we had a nice time eating outside. We stopped at Harris Teeter on the way home so he could pickup cupcakes to take to school tomorrow and also pick out a cookie cake (his choice of cakes for the day). When we came home, his friend James invited him over to play (lives behind us). After that, we had a birthday party outside.
They were all very excited about the Trio castle.
Madison got Luke a solar system night light.
Luke DEFINITELY needed a new scooter.
Very excited to build the space shuttle.

His cake...Harris Teeter even had one ready that said, "Happy Birthday."
