We made Christmas cookies a week ago to take on our trip to Vermont. I made a double batch, and they were completely gone by the third day of our trip. The kids love making these pressed cookies, and it looks like I'll need to make more this week.

Packed and ready for Vermont...I took this picture before we added the four huge ski bags-two for all five sets of skis, one for all the ski boots, and one for all of our outdoor winter clothing. It's a good thing I'm organized. No one was missing anything :)
